For independent artists

Sell your music online, on a platform you actually own.

CanvaSonix is a self-contained streaming service and marketplace. Upload your masters, publish releases, sell directly to fans, split royalties with collaborators and withdraw what you earn — without handing your catalog to a middleman.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Upload your masters

Signed, private uploads for audio and artwork. Every asset is validated before publication.

Set metadata, contributors, territories and release date, then publish to the CanvaSonix catalog.

  3. Step 3

    Sell direct

Price albums and tracks for direct purchase, run pre-orders and offer paid memberships to your fans.

  4. Step 4

    Get paid

Add a payout account, complete your tax form and withdraw your available balance.

Questions

Selling music on CanvaSonix

How do I sell my music online with CanvaSonix?
Create an artist profile, upload your masters and artwork in the Artist Studio, set a price for the release, then publish. The release appears in the catalog and in the store, where fans can stream it or buy it outright.
What do I upload for a release?
Upload your audio masters and cover artwork through signed, private uploads. Every asset is validated before a release can be published, so incomplete releases can't accidentally go live.
How are collaborators paid?
Each release supports royalty splits. Earnings from streams and sales are accrued per split holder in an auditable ledger, so producers, features and co-writers see their own balance.
How do payouts work?
Add a payout account and complete a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) in Studio, then request a withdrawal once you have an available balance. Payouts are issued in batches to your connected account.
Do I keep the rights to my music?
Yes. CanvaSonix does not take ownership of your recordings. You publish your catalog, you set your prices, and you can take a release down.
